The first NATIONAL Senior Adult Ministries Convention will be held in Branson, Missouri, on November 18-21, 2008. All convention activities will be hosted at the Hilton Branson Convention Center. Lodging will be at the Hilton Branson Convention Center Hotel and the Hilton Promenade at Branson Landing (just across the street). The Branson Landing area, across the street from the Convention Center, has a mile and a half of shops and restaurants ranging from Belk Department Store to Bass Pro shop, Joe's Crab Shack to Famous Dave's BBQ. On the other side of the convention center is the downtown of Branson with quaint shops and eateries. This is all within walking distance. REGISTRATION DEADLINE:
Attendees must register directly with the Heartland Conference CEM Office in Oklahoma City by August 15, 2008 (we still have room so registration has been extended). You can <register online> and <pay online> or use the registration form found <here>. We will be happy to mail you a registration form as well. Registrations will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Space is limited, so act today!

REGISTRATION FEES:
The following package cost includes: 3 nights lodging, 3 full breakfasts and 3 full dinners. 2 shows, taxes, gratuities and registration fee.

$439 per person with 2 persons sharing a room.

$645 per person if only 1 person per room.

TRANSPORTATION NOTE:
If you are registering as an individual and not part of a conference group, you assume responsibility for providing transportation to the shows as well as any other sightseeing or shopping.

RVers will register with the General CEM Office in Oklahoma City by August 15, 2008

RVers can register for the convention in one of two ways. 1) By credit-card at 1.866.263.1623 OR 2) Complete an RV Registration Form and mail it with a check or credit-card information.

The total NSAMC fee for RVers is $235.00 per person. This includes: registration, 2 shows, 3 full breakfasts and 3 full dinners, taxes and gratuities.

All RVers will be responsible for making their own park site reservations at the Branson Lakeside RV Park by calling them directly at 417.334.2915. This RV Park is located within walking distance of the Branson Convention Center, which serves as host location for all meals and programs.

The 2008 park site fee schedule is as follows:

$23.92/night (incl. tax)
$143.52/week (incl. tax)
